Policies
Please arrive on time—there is a 10-minute grace period for each appointment. Since my schedule is entirely appointment-based, late arrivals can affect every client after you. It’s never personal—it’s simply how I protect my time and my business.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the original service total. This fee is not transferable or applied to future appointments. If your payment fails or card is invalid, your profile will be blocked from booking until the fee is paid in full. No-call, no-shows will not be rebooked. However, if you reach out within 24 hours after a no-call, no-show, I will allow rebooking once the fee is paid.
Please don’t bring more than one guest. My space is limited, and I’m unable to pause a service to attend to children or additional visitors. Again—this isn’t personal, it’s simply to ensure your service and everyone else’s runs smoothly and on time.
